Do you supply equipment only, or also install systems?+
Protek 360 supports equipment supply as well as installation, testing and preventive maintenance. The exact scope is confirmed for each project.
Can I request a site survey?+
Yes. After reviewing your initial requirement, we will confirm whether a site survey is needed, its availability, any applicable charge and the expected timeline before scheduling.
Do you work across India?+
Pan India enquiries are accepted. Serviceability is confirmed based on project location, scope, timeline and team availability.
What information should I share for a quote?+
Please share the property type, city and state, approximate area, current construction or operating stage, required service, existing fire-safety systems and expected timeline.
Do you provide AMC and preventive maintenance?+
Yes. AMC coverage, visit frequency, tests, exclusions, spare parts, consumables and response terms are defined in the written proposal and signed scope.
Is an online quotation final?+
No. Initial estimates or discussions may change after document review or a site survey. Final quantities, specifications, price and timeline are confirmed in the approved quotation or contract.
Do you guarantee statutory approval?+
No. Protek 360 can execute the agreed scope and provide available project records, but approvals depend on the applicable authority, approved design, site conditions and client-side requirements.
Can I use the enquiry form during an emergency?+
No. The website is not an emergency channel. Evacuate and contact the local emergency services or fire brigade.
